Your order will be dispatched on regular working days, from monday to fridays. Domestic are shipped through PostNL. International orders by UPS. Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 workingdays. All prices include 21% VAT.

Shipping costs are for NL €6,95. For BE/LU/DE €10. For AND/AUT/DK/FIN/FRA/GR/IRL/ITA/PRT/ESP/UK €15. For USA or Canada €25 and to the Rest of the world €50. Please contact retail@vmm.nl if your country is not on the sendlist.

If you odered the wrong size or your product isn’t exactly what you expected? No problem! You can send your product back and we’ll refund your order. To make the returns process run smoothly, we advise you to follow the steps mentioned below. We don’t believe in exchanging items, please place a new order or simply return the product within 14 days and obtain your refund.

 

• send an email to retail@vmm.nl requesting a return. • include your order number and mentioning the product desired to return. • send the package back to us. The cost of returning are at your own expense • upon our inspection of the item(s) we will send refund within 5 working days.

 

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, box etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
